Graham Rahal Performance Tech Session Saturday, February 22

The Graham Rahal Performance Center Event was a great success. We started in the Rivet Coffee Shop on the premises, which was teeming with people. COO Corey Watkins gave all twenty-two of us the full tour. We moved to the exotic car showroom and there was a lot of eye candy. This included three Ford GT’s, two of which were very late model. Also, Porsches, Corvettes, Cobras, you name it. And then, a special showroom where we saw a $6mm Ferrari Daytona SP3. What an unbelievable car! Next, a walk through the shop where a number of exotics were in various states of repair, then through detailing to the Ducati dealership. There were a lot of beautiful bikes, including a few Ducati electric bikes. Corey thought I might be interested- I’m not that old yet! Next, we looked at their car storage facility and got a sneak peek at the members only Wheelhouse Club. It is a beautiful place with simulators, a wall of big screen TV’s, a bar, two conference rooms and a hidden speakeasy. Finally, we finished at the Piaggio dealership and checked out the Vespa Scooters and Moto Guzzi motorcycles. Oh- I almost forgot-we also went upstairs for a quick peek at Graham’s spacious office. This was an unforgettable experience.
